Legend wrestlers capped off their week of NC state camp with Senior World Champion Trent Hidlay! 🇺🇸Coach Trent emphasized the details of executing moves by spending time pointing out and having us practice the fundamentals that many wrestlers overlook.

A 5x NCAA All-American, 4x ACC Champion, Senior World Champion, and Team USA World Team Member, Trent is one of the most accomplished wrestlers in the world today.

Amazing day 3 of camp!!! 💪🏼 Today we were honored to welcome Olympic Silver Medalist Jamill Kelly to the 2026 NC State Camp! 🥈🇺🇸 He helped us think in different ways about training to become elite by perfecting the basics and capitalizing on opportunities during matches.

Jamill’s journey is one of the greatest underdog stories in American wrestling. He didn’t begin wrestling until high school, yet through relentless hard work and perseverance, he shocked the wrestling world by earning a Silver Medal at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.

Legend wrestlers had a unique opportunity today to learn directly from one of the sport’s most inspiring athletes!!

Jamill Kelly’s accomplishments include:

A former NC State standout and current UFC Lightweight, Tommy has built a reputation through relentless work ethic, explosive wrestling, and high-level competition. Tommy is a NCAA All-American who has successfully made the transition to competing on the biggest stage in MMA.
