Livfit, LLC LivFit's mission is to improve flexibility, balance, and strength through group and individual workouts that are fun and energetic. Move it to live fit.

Through proper movement patterns the body gains flexibility, balance and strength. My goal is to train your body to move better. Once we move better, we increase progressions in our exercises. Eventually adding weight to our movement for overall body strength. Strong is the new beautiful!
