Same athlete. Bigger results. 💪

7 months of in-person training at XF in Reston, combined with our ongoing 12-week nutrition program, and Ryan is building strength, power, and explosiveness where it matters most. ⚡️

Here’s the progress:
🔥 7 months of in-person training, 2–3 days per week
🥗 12-week nutrition program — ongoing
📈 +27 lbs of overall weight gain while decreasing body fat
💥 Increased fast-twitch power and a more explosive finish through the ball

As a punter at James Madison High School, every detail matters. We’re focused on building a stronger, more powerful athlete while continuing to develop the speed and explosiveness needed to perform at a higher level.

This is what happens when consistent training meets intentional nutrition and a commitment to getting better every day. The work is far from over!

🚨REPOST BELOW FROM OUR BEAUTIFUL XF-CLIENT & ATHLETE Lindsay Rice! IT’S SUCH AN HONOR TO COACH YOU!🚨
Looking back at this photo makes me smile. It was such a fun day, and I loved getting all done up too! 😊

Since this photo was taken, I’ve gone back and forth more than once about competing again. Part of me wanted to step on stage again…not because I miss the competition (or the dieting 😂), but because I’m curious to peel back a bit and see everything I’ve built over the last year and a half.

I’m stronger now, and I love how my physique has continued to evolve, even from when this photo was taken.

At the same time, I’m learning to appreciate a different side of fitness. Not living in extremes, but figuring out what balance looks like while still training hard, eating well, and continuing to challenge myself.

As I evolve, my goals are evolving too. It’s not just about building muscle or getting lean. It’s also about sleep, recovery, nutrition, strength, longevity… and still feeling confident in my own skin.

Maybe I’ll channel that competitive energy into pickleball instead. 😉
