Endless Summer Hot Yoga

This class is a blend of Yin Yoga (long, passive holds that target fascia + joints) and Restorative Yoga (fully supported shapes using bolsters, blankets, and props so the body can completely let go)

āš ļø A Crucial Summer Reminder: Hydration Changes Everything! šŸ’¦

In these hotter months, you are likely already losing fluids throughout the day just by being outside.
Making sure you are upping your hydration game is key to practicing in the heat:

šŸ”µDon't just chug water right before class. Your body needs time to absorb it. Get in the habit of sipping throughout the day (before and after class)
šŸ”µMake sure you replace fluids and electrolytes: Consume plenty of water and essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) 2 to 3 hours before you step onto the mat.
šŸ”µListen to your body: If you ever start feeling dizzy or nauseous during a session, always sit down, take a sip or two of water, and rejoin the class when you are ready.

Don't let the summer heat slow your momentum down.
