💥💥💥FIGHTING FRIDAY💥💥💥

On Fridays we wrap up the week reviewing what we’ve drilled in class, but we reserve most of the class for rolling. AKA “fighting Friday”. Live sparring is just as important as learning technique. Many students will practice situational sparring to emphasize going live while testing their understanding and limitations of the move. Nogi Fridays allow the team to drill it in before we start something new on Monday. Here are some highlights from our 9am morning class.
