🥋 TEAM BONDING — with a purpose! 💚

A HUGE thank you Gracie Venice Jiu-Jitsu & MMA and Coaches Troy, Rex & John for hosting our Venice Volleyball girls for an incredible self-defense class!
The girls learned practical self-defense skills, got way outside their volleyball comfort zone and had a ton of fun. Such an awesome experience for our team.
This one was extra special because owner Troy Gerhart is a Venice High School alum and former Venice wrestler & football player. It’s alway special when a former Indian gets to share their experience with the next generation of Venice athletes.
