"I began my yoga journey in 2012, exploring various styles before discovering Bikram Yoga in 2014.
The intense heat resonated with my body, even as my mind resisted, signaling that it was exactly what I needed. As my spiritual journey evolved, I felt drawn to the transformative power of sound healing. Today, as a Sound Healing Facilitator, I harness the benefits of sound and vibration therapy to enhance mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
My passion lies in sharing these practices to nurture our community's overall health."

Meet your teachers at 🌞 Endless Summer Hot Yoga!

Amanda has been teaching at the studio on Monday nights for a few years now. She always has a smiling, happy face for all that come to class 😁

Amanda began her Bikram yoga journey in New York City in early 2010 and immediately knew that she had discovered something magical. Amanda moved to Los Angeles, California in August, 2014 where she studied at various Bikram studios and Hot 8 Yoga. Amanda attended a 200-hour teacher training at Hot 8 yoga led by Francesca Asumah in early 2018. She also completed a Yin teacher training in October of that year. Amanda has since taught throughout Los Angeles for Hot 8 Yoga, most often at the Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Pasadena locations.
She relocated to Sarasota in April 2021. She is absolutely thrilled and grateful to be able to share this wonderful yoga with you.

Meet your Teachers at🌞 Endless Summer Hot Yoga!

🎸Greg is the always one of the first yell out, "Hi!" when you walk through the doors.
Everyone has a story about their 1st class and the journey that followed... this is his...

I attended my first Bikram class in Key West in 2006 at the urging of friends who kept quoting "Twist like ropes" and "Mama give me money" which made it sound fun. Well, that first class happened to be the largest in the studio's history. It was so hot! Not quite my normal idea of fun but something drew me back and a passion grew as does for so many.
Teacher training became a desire that there just never seemed to be enough time for. Some crazy life changes and a move from that tiny island paradise to Venice landed me around the corner from a studio where a new yoga family was waiting and just happened to be doing OHYA teacher training. All excuses were taken away. Venice has opened many new adventures for me, one of which is an amazing band called "The Code".
The true joy of having passions is to share them and hopefully bring joy to others. So, look for me at the studio and on the stage and let's share some fun.
