Taste of Vail is heading to the Vail Golf Club! And our F&B team is hard at work prepping and getting ready to transform the Clubhouse into the ultimate culinary destination as we host 4 incredible events for Taste of Vail!🥂

We are especially proud to announce that our very own Executive Chef John Zavoral is a featured local chef this year! Known for his incredible focus on seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients and his background in refined Italian cuisine, Chef John and the Grill on the Gore team will be showcasing their signature style all weekend long.

🍾 The Vail Pour: Opening Reception: Kick off the festival with rare wine pours and elegant hors d'oeuvres in an intimate setting.

The Vail Nordic Center Pro Shop will close for the 2025/26 season on Sunday, March 22. The pro shop will maintain regular hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Sunday.

Stop by this week to say hello to our staff, browse remaining gear and apparel, and take advantage of our huge end-of-season SPRING SALE before we wrap things up! This is your LAST CHANCE to shop and get great deals:

With the Vail Nordic Center trails closing due to unsafe conditions, the Grill on the Gore will close for the 2025/26 winter season on Sunday, March 15 at 3 p.m. Please come in this weekend for some soup and to say hello! Thank you for a wonderful season at the restaurant and for enjoying our unlimited soup buffet with us this winter. We look forward to welcoming you back this spring when the Vail Golf Club opens. Stay tuned for our opening date!
