Today is Sunday.
Take a few moments to be still. Inhale deeply. Now exhale.
Repeat.
Notice how you're feeling in this moment. Are you at peace? Are you anxious? Are you upset? Practice checking in with yourself throughout the day. Do 3 deep inhalations. And 3 long exhalations. Now check in with yourself and notice the small change each breath makes.
Sometimes being still is all it takes to get our nervous system regulation back on track.
