We were waiting to get both of our awards from the Pheasants Forever Shoot in Proctor. Connor Krull had a perfect 25 in one round and Addie Goutermont was first place female in the novice division. Congratulations to both of you.

We had our end of the year fun shoot tonight and lucked out with beautiful weather. The kids shot Annie Oakleys, back your buddies, and a black bird shoot. Congratulations to Josh Johnson for being awarded top gun for 2026 and Addi Hastings was most improved shooter.
We also want to thank Na-Cho Bizness for providing all of the food. They fed over 50+ people tonight. You are amazing and it was very much appreciated! Next stop is the State Championship Shoot in Alexandria. Our entire team will be competing.

Thank you to the NRA and the NRA Foundation for awarding the THHS Trap Team a gun for use as a team gun. Many of our team members have used this gun this past season. The NRA Foundation has been very supportive of our team throughout the years through their grant program. It is greatly appreciated.

Our team spent a cold, windy day at the Proctor Gun Club participating in the Pheasants Forever tournament. We didn’t bring home any trophies this year, but we did see some good scores and personal bests. Top 5 spots on our team were:
1. Connor Krull
2. Gavyn Johnson and Cody Dallum
3. Spencer Olson
4. Colton Linden and Isaak Groeneveld
5. Josh Johnson and Reicher Shold

The USA Clay Target League has 40,100 total athletes. 11,184 of those are from Minnesota. There are 2,094 total teams with MN having 437.

We finished our regular season in 3rd place out of 9 teams just missing second by a small margin. Josh Johnson was #10 in our conference overall with Spencer Olson and Colton Linden tied for the 19th spot. That’s out of 171 shooters in our conference. We will be at the Pheasants Forever Tournament this weekend and The State Championship Shoot in Alexandria on June 17.
