ALEXIS BRINGIN THE HEAT!! Alexis was on fire again in her latest lesson and not only set a new personal best of 42 mph, but she was sitting consistently in the 38-41 mph range while pounding the strike zone!! Her mechanics have been spot on lately and it’s translated into some impressive accuracy for this 10 year old! Congratulations Alexis!! Keep working hard young lady as the best is yet to come!! WELCOME BACK IVY!! Between her school volleyball, travel softball schedule and her sisters high school softball, it’s been a while since Ivy was in for a lesson. But it was obvious that she’s continued to work at home as she had her average velocity up sitting consistently in the 36-38 mph range. HUGE NIGHT FOR AVA!! This 12 year old has been having some great lessons and we’ve seen her mechanics continue to improve week in and week out. This last lesson was no different as Ava was able to set not one, but two new personal bests while pounding the zone the entire time during her full distance portion of working her fastball. WHAT A NIGHT FOR JULIA!! We’ve really been working on getting Julia to get more out of her legs. In her last lesson, 12 year old Julia was able to make another mechanical adjustment and started driving her hips. This led to her getting much better sequencing which produced a new personal best of 45 mph! Not only did she set a new PB, but she increased her average velocity and her accuracy was also way better. Congratulations Julia!! Keep working hard young lady as the best is yet to come!! AWESOME FIRST HITTING LESSON FOR SKYRIZIE!! 12 year old Skylar made some great adjustments through the progression drills. When we went to front toss, she was able to put it all together and ended up hitting an Exit Velocity of 48 mph! WELCOME TO THE ELF EV40 CLUB SKY! Bats Sports Sports

11 YR OLD PAIGE HITS 49 MPH!! Paige has been on a tear lately and this week was no different. This lesson was probably the best she’s had since she started working with ELF. Not only did she set a new personal best of 49 MPH, but she was able to sit consistently in the 47-48 MPH range with great spin & movement and pounded the zone the entire full distance portion working on her fastball!
