Program focuses on healthy eating, physical activity, and positive behavior changes for kids and their families. We offer an 8-week program. The YEAH! Program is open to kids
and teens who:
• Are ages 5-16 years
• Have a BMI of 85% or greater
• Are referred by a healthcare provider
• Have parents who agree to be involved in the program with their children

The YEAH! Program includes:
Healthy nutri

tion lessons:
• Learn about food groups, portions, and labels
• Cook healthy meals and snacks
• Use your culinary skills in the YEAH! Pizza Night
Fun activity classes
• Experience creative ways to move your body
• Learn how and why movement improves

• Participate in activities like wheels night, swimming
• Active participation by kids and parents
