🖤💛 THANK YOU, CASCADE COMMUNITY! 💛🖤

We are excited to share that we have officially raised the funds needed to get our Cascade OHSET athletes and horses to the Pacific NorthWest Invitational Championship (PNWIC) in Moses Lake, Washington, and back home again.

This fundraiser was never just about miles. It was about providing our athletes with the opportunity to represent Cascade, compete at the championship level, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Your generosity is helping cover the many expenses that come with attending a championship event, including hauling, stalls, horse care, travel costs, and other team expenses along the way.

To every individual, family, business, sponsor, and community member who donated, shared our posts, encouraged our athletes, or supported this effort in any way—thank you.

We are continually reminded how fortunate we are to be part of a community that believes in its youth and invests in their future.

Because of you, our athletes can focus on what they have worked so hard for all season: competing, learning, growing, and representing Cascade with pride.

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank Tina in the office at Cascade High School for all she does to support our OHSET team.

Tina is the one who helps us navigate so many of the school-side details that keep our team moving. She answers our questions, helps with our banking needs, handles deposits, invoices, and so many miscellaneous tasks that often happen quietly behind the scenes.

She is always willing to help, answer questions, and point us in the right direction. That kind of support makes such a difference for our athletes, families, coaches, and leadership team.

We are truly grateful for Tina and for all the people who support our team, both on the front lines and behind the scenes. Our program is stronger because of people like her.

🖤💛 CASCADE OHSET UPDATE 💛🖤

Cascade OHSET is headed to the Pacific North West Invitational Championship (PNWIC) in Moses Lake, Washington and we asked our community to help us get there… and WOW did you show up for these athletes. 🐴

Our athletes have worked incredibly hard all season balancing school, practices, competitions, horses, responsibilities, and long days to earn this opportunity. Now it’s officially time to hit the road.

We are doing a “Sponsor a Mile” fundraiser to help cover hauling and travel expenses for our team and horses as we make the trip from Turner, Oregon to Moses Lake, Washington.

🐴 1 mile sponsored = $5
🐴 10 miles sponsored = $25

Because of this incredible community, we have officially sponsored 340 miles… which means YOU GOT US TO MOSES LAKE! 🖤💛

We cannot thank everyone enough for the donations, encouragement, shares, and support. Watching our road map tracker move mile by mile has become something really exciting for our athletes and families.

BUT… now we need to make sure these athletes and horses can make it BACK HOME too. 😅 We are continuing our journey toward our full 680-mile round trip goal.

Every donation truly helps more than you know and directly supports youth horsemanship, leadership, responsibility, and opportunities these athletes work incredibly hard for.

Man, you have grown SO much — as a rider, horseman, teammate and human. This season has thrown a lot at you, and time after time you rose to the occasion. We watched you push through hard moments, learn from them and come back stronger every single time. That kind of growth matters!! So impressive!

Watching you and Cutter continue to figure each other out and grow together has been such a fun journey. You bring so much joy to this team!

I’m proud of the young man and horseman you’re becoming, and I cannot wait to watch where this journey takes you next. 💛

What. A. Year. 💛🖤

STATE 2026 is officially in the books and we could not be more proud of this team!! Not just because of the placings — but because of the grit, growth, sportsmanship, late nights, tears, laughter, problem solving, horse changes, setbacks, breakthroughs and heart these kids showed all season long!!

This team continues to prove that success is about so much more than a buckle or a title. It’s about learning how to handle pressure, support your teammates, trust your horse, adapt when things don’t go as planned and keep showing up anyway. And they did exactly that!

To qualify for State is an achievement, and the athletes above got to check it off their goal list. I am incredibly proud of every single rider, horse, parent and teammate that helped make this season happen. Watching these kids grow — not just as riders, but as humans — will always be the greatest reward.

State was chaotic, emotional, exciting, humbling and magical all at once. The kids are already making plans for next year! So proud to be a Cougar. 🖤💛

…But we aren’t done yet. 👀

Now we turn our heads toward PNWIC. 🌲✨
