Wolfe Pack Taekwondo We teach the Korean art of Taekwondo in several formats. We offer evening classes each week for al Weapons, Competition, and Fitness Classes are available.

Wolfe Pack Taekwondo has been teaching this traditional Korean Martial Art
at since 2007. We train students to develop the whole person; Spirit, Mind and
Body while stressing our 5 tenets of: Self-Control, Perseverance, Indomitable
Spirit, Courtesy, and Integrity. This teaching philosophy helps the student
achieve their goals through positive reinforcement. Each class emphasizes
flexibility,

balance, strength, concentration and self-defense. Taekwondo training
also benefits the student by enhancing their athletic ability and positively affects
other aspects of their lives through improved self-confidence, discipline and
respect for others. We work to build a family atmosphere where students feel welcome and encouraged, so they will have a positive self-esteem.

One of the unique training challenges our students enjoy is tearing phone books! It may look like pure strength, but there’s much more happening behind the scenes. 👊

This exercise helps students practice:

🎯 Focus & Concentration — staying mentally locked in on the task
✋ Dexterity & Hand Control — developing coordination and control
💪 Grip Conditioning — strengthening the hands and grip used in martial arts weapons training
🔥 Confidence — learning that challenging goals can be accomplished with proper technique and determination
