So proud of our very own John holt for obtaining the rank of Ajarn through the World Thai Boxing Association. This is an example of decades of dedication, hard work, and instruction. Not very many people have this rank in North America.

John Holt, we are proud of your accomplishments and grateful to be in your lineage. Thank you for all of expert knowledge you share with us!

Paying respects to G**o Dan Inosanto and Grandmaster Chai during my award ceremony to Ajarn rank in Muay Thai.

This is what the martial arts is all about. You find where you think your mental and physical limits are, and blow past them while honoring those that have given you this gift.

I’m very honored to be awarded a title that is only held by people in the double digits in the US. Discipline, respect, duty, honor… these are the tools we use to forge the body and mind in the fire of our will.

In the words of Grandmaster Chai: “Never give up.”

Every man needs to try a full contact martial art ONCE in his life.

Boxing, wrestling, muay thai, BJJ. Doesn’t matter.

You need to discover that you are clueless about fighting. As a man people will try you. Learn how to fight so you can protect yourself & family if something happens.

You need to learn EXACTLY where you stand.

Once you train it will make you feel more confident as a man.

Better to learn in the gym than on the street.

Every year on October 16th, the World Thai Boxing Association (WTBA) celebrates Teacher’s Day. This day is set aside for students to honor their teachers who instruct in the art of Muay Thai by offering flowers, 1 candle, and 3 sticks of incense. This can also include a small amount of uncooked rice (1/2 cup) and piece of fruit.
