Cohesion BJJ & Judo is a martial arts academy in Central Tulsa Oklahoma. But also offers classes in MMA, kickboxing, & Krav maga. Cohesion is a member in good standing with The United States Judo Association. Cohesion has over 6,000 sq ft of space to offer training in all areas of Martial Arts. Future Plans for the facility include - weight area, cardio training area, heavy bag area. Cohesion has

over 2,500 sq ft of mat space and has plans to add more. We offer classes for everyone from 4 years old and up. Cohesion is Owned and Operated by Professor Steve Matias. Steve is the Head Coach for Cohesion Wrestling Youth Team, A 2nd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as a 4th degree black belt in Judo. Steve also serves as a United States Judo Association. Steve is also Marine Corps. He is an Active Fire Fighter. Both Steve and Josh have a passion for helping others and aim to make your journey the most rewarding journey in Martial Arts. We see all of our members as family.

Congratulations to Khalil on his awesome victory this evening against a very talented opponent!!

These two gentlemen showed true sportsmanship after going to war on each other!

What a great example of what true martial artists look like!

Thank you to everyone who has supported Khalil and continue to do so, along with a huge shout out to every single student that has worked with him to get him to where he’s at now we thank you all!!!
