Cheryl brought her daughter Rachel in to train together at Starting Strength Tulsa, and watching generations of strong women put in the work side by side is what it’s all about. One year ago, Paula Skidmore walked through the doors of Starting Strength Tulsa ready to change her life.

Over the last year, Paula has shown up, trusted the process, pushed through hard days, and proven to herself that she is capable of far more than she once believed. The weights got heavier, but so did her confidence, resilience, and belief in herself.

This Memorial Day, we remember the men and women who paid the ultimate price for this country.

Freedom was never free.
It was earned through sacrifice, courage, discipline, and men far tougher than most of us will ever know.

At Starting Strength Tulsa, we honor those fallen heroes by living strong, standing tall, and refusing to waste the freedoms they fought for.

Today isn’t about sales, cookouts, or a long weekend.

Welcome back Gigi Meyer one of the originals who helped build Starting Strength Tulsa from the very beginning. From the early days to now she has always been part of what makes this place what it is.
