Henneyway Fitness is dedicated to help get you out of pain, loving the body that you have, while creating the body that you want. Instead, we believe that if you move good, you will feel good and if we feel good, we are able to reach our fitness goals. We want you in the gym for long periods of time without injuries. We take a functional approach to training and utilize science as our friend. That

means we look at proper movement patterns, emphasis on mobility, activate stabilizing muscle groups and most importantly, we want to train through full ranges of motion, PAIN FREE. I have been in this industry long enough to know what works, what doesn't and the quickest way to help you reach your fitness goals. Working though pain is one of the biggest detriments to you feeling like your best self. Everything will be straight forward. However, it will not be easy. Everything in life that is worth having, is on the other side of hard. I am asking you to invest in yourself. When you do join, expect a progressive structured program that is challenging but gets real results. Again, this is an investment to yourself, arguably the most important. TOGETHER, I know we can go way further than we could alone. Hard work and consistency are the blueprints and that is what I am asking of you.

Paisli and Jonah were personal trainers at Lifetime Fitness together in 2021. Between the two they both have Bachelor of Science degrees in exercise science/kinesiology and 20+ years of training experience of people with all kinds of exercise backgrounds.

A strong core doesn’t always mean a 6-pack. A strong core has the ability to keep your posture rigid when offsetting a weight, lifting overhead or picking something off the ground. The ability to transfer force from the ground up and vice versa. A strong core means stability. A 6-pack doesn’t always guarantee these things. Yes it looks nice but a lot the times it’s not functional. Try these front-loaded step ups and work your core in a functional approach and you will feel what im talking about. 🥵
