Try elevating your heels! 👇

✅ Allows for greater squat depth
✅ Increases quad emphasis & muscle tension
✅ Helps maintain a more upright torso
✅ Challenges your core stability

💡 COACH’S TIP: Keep that kettlebell close, core braced, and elbows tracking toward your quads. Control the movement—don’t rush the burn!
