Come join us all day for the Juneteenth holiday. We will be operating normal class times, and hosting a “Bring a Friend” day.

If you know someone who has been interested in trying out Gym 244, this is a great opportunity for it!

Bring them to any class free of charge on Juneteenth. And both you and your guest will automatically be entered to win one of two pieces of jewelry (one for each of you) designed and created by our very own, Michael Shearn ($275 value)!

Part ✌️

Jokes aside, these are some pretty versatile gym bros! 💪

Adam and Quinn did a trial Pilates class with Ashley at her beautiful studio, and we learned two things:

1) Ashley is a fantastic instructor and has extensive experience working with athletes from different backgrounds. It shows. 😮‍💨

2) Pilates is a wonderful opportunity to supplement and challenge your fitness in different way. (Abs and glutes on 🔥 )

We are super excited to be hosting Ashley THIS SUNDAY at 10:30am as she takes us through a mat Pilates class

Huge congratulations to our coach on graduating from Arizona State University! 🎓👏

Your hard work, discipline, and commitment have paid off in a huge way, and we couldn’t be more proud of you. The same dedication you bring to coaching and supporting others is what helped you reach this incredible milestone.
