BOOTCAMP CLASS

Putting the feelers out there for interest in a 4 week bootcamp class (7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 8/2)

The class duration will run from Sunday July 12th until Sunday August 2nd for a total of 4 sessions/classes.

When it starts: Sunday July 12th
What days: Four consecutive Sundays
Time: 9am-10am
Accommodates: Up to 10 participants
Cost: 25$ per class or 80$/4 classes
Where: Glen Park, Williamsville NY

What it consists of: agility drills, plyometrics, body weight exercises, range of motion, core exercise, intervals, circuits, resistance training, boxing, flexibility, etc. All fitness levels are welcome.

We live in a broken world with broken people. All of us are damaged. However, there are levels of damage similar to arthritis: mild, moderate, severe, and you’re f*cked.
If you have not spent time in self-reflection, are cognizant of your actions and behaviors, addressed the places you were hurt, relive and process the feelings, and have spent time reading, praying, in therapy, etc., trying to work on your issues, then you are probably continuing the cycle of damaged people damaging people, intentionally or unintentionally. Do what you can to unf*ck yourself, break the chains, breathe, and stop hurting those you encounter. In my opinion, a continuous life goal is to unf*ck yourself as you move through life. It’s also part of being a lifelong learner. You are a temple; what you let in can enhance you or destroy you. Guard your heart and mind, for all of life flows from them, avoiding being hardened. Difficult task. The strongest people do everything they can to minimize trauma, gain wisdom from it, and remain with the ability to be loving and caring without being bound by chains. If you haven’t come to a point in your life that’s all you want is peace, love, happiness, health and prosperity then you still have work. Keep moving. 🙏💪🏼👍

These training sessions are a therapeutic balance to any training program with many applications or as a stand alone session with rehabilitative properties.

Introducing Molly, SPT’s new associate trainer. Molly is a seasoned health and fitness professional with 13+ years of experience in personal training, exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and nutrition.
She has worked with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and movement abilities in both corporate and private training settings. Specializing in Neuro-Movement training, Molly combines performance, movement, and wellness with certifications in Personal Training, Boxing, and Neuro-Movement Coaching, along with CPR/AED certification.

She will with us Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Molly has a clientele base and is also taking new clientele. To schedule training sessions with Molly contact SPT, 7169405308.
