Fitness is for everyone. It just doesn’t look the same for everyone.
You don’t have to be athletic.
You don’t have to be able to lift heavy weights.
You don’t have to be able to run, walk, or get around easily.
And you definitely don’t have to “get in shape” before you start.
Fitness starts from where you’re at. It takes what you can already do builds from there.
Maybe that means getting stronger so everyday activities are easier.
Maybe it means learning to move with less pain.
Maybe it means improving balance, mobility, or endurance.
Maybe it means feeling more capable in your own body.
Fitness isn’t about what your body should be able to do. It’s about helping your body do more of what matters to you. And it starts from where you are right now.
