ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT CAMP
Special Guest Instructor: Alex Reynolds
Open to all athletes entering Grades 5–8 this upcoming school year.
Alex Reynolds, a 2025 Titusville High School graduate, school record holder, NCAA Division II swimmer at Ashland University, and Exercise Science major, is returning home this summer to share his knowledge and passion for athletic development with the young athletes of our community.

Begins: June 16
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9:45–10:45 AM
Location: THS Weight Room
COST: $10.00 Per Athlete, $15.00 Per Family (more than 1 athlete)
Sessions will continue every Tuesday and Thursday through the first week of July.
PROGRAM PURPOSE
This multi-sport athletic development program is designed for both boys and girls looking to improve their overall athletic performance.
Whether you participate in football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, baseball, wrestling, swimming, track and field, or any other sport, this program will help build the athletic foundation needed for future success.
WHAT ATHLETES CAN EXPECT
Each session will be designed to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more confident movers in a positive and energetic environment.
Every workout will include:
• Dynamic warm-up and movement preparation
• Agility, balance, and coordination training
• Athletic strength training focused on explosion, movement, and total-body development
• Proper lifting technique and weight room fundamentals
• Competitive games and team-building activities
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our focus is not on how much weight an athlete can lift. Instead, we prioritize proper technique, athletic movement, speed development, and building a strong foundation for long-term success.
Athletes will learn how to move efficiently, generate power, improve coordination, and develop confidence while having fun alongside their peers.
This is an opportunity to learn from a collegiate athlete, improve athletic performance, and build habits that will benefit athletes in any sport.
