🚨WEATHER ALERT - WED. 6/17🚨

Due to severe weather moving in, we will close the course at 2pm and prep the course. Flags will be removed as wind speeds are expected to exceed the flag stick ratings. Trash cans will be removed and all loose objects will be removed.

No walking or carts will be allowed after 2pm due to safety concerns. No amount of money is worth risking our golfers safety. I’d rather be cautious and be wrong than have people get hurt holding a metal rod in a lightning storm.

Please take the afternoon to prepare yourselves and families. Don’t take this one lightly. Our humidity levels, temperatures, wind forecast and dew point levels are pointing towards a significant weather shift in the next 8 hours.

Please stay safe & have a way to stay alert and aware! Meteorologist Alex Kerkhove is a good choice…

Come see us! Only place in town to get 18 holes under $30! Course is looking great!

Fairways, surrounds, greens and most of the rough areas are back to normal. Huge thank you Eastern Triangle Equipment out of Sarasota, Florida also T&T Hydraulics out of Rosedale for getting us parts and repairing our cylinder in a timely manner. We were down 8 days total and it showed. I don’t know what the odds are of all mowers being down at one time, but we went ahead and bought a Powerball ticket…

Come see us tomorrow before the storms get here! Let’s hope these storms aren’t as bad as they are saying.

No sycamore club tonight, remaining closed due to a lot of standing water still.

Wednesday: Cart paths are still under water. We will remain walking only until we recheck the course around 1pm. Hopefully this heat drys us out quickly.

Just a heads up. We know the grass is long. We have 4 mowers. Each mower cost between $25,000-$90,000. For some crazy reason, the golf gods decided that all of them and 4 carts should all break down within 4 days. We have parts on order. If anyone is familiar with John Deere, you know that access isn’t as simple as going to complete outdoor and getting a part off of the shelf. Our closest dealer is in Kentucky with limited parts availability. We will have parts in for 2 of the mowers by Thursday and be able to get started catching up. Another part will be in by Saturday and we should be caught up by the end of the weekend. We don’t normally cut on weekends, so if you see us out there, please don’t use us as targets. Have a little patience with us as we work through this stressful week. However, we do have the ability to keep the greens and surround cut at the moment.

Party hole, 50/50, mulligans are $10ea or 3 for $25, pick a putts are $10ea of 3 for $25. (Max 3 per team). We will have the Marks Plinko Board out at the party table!
