It’s been the most amazing couple of weeks with our online sessions!

24 years. ❤️

I’ve been teaching this phenomenal woman for 24 years.

She started Pilates with me at 56.
Today, she’s 80.

And yes—the exercises you’re seeing in these photos are advanced Pilates exercises.

She still teaches line dancing twice a week.
She travels.
She stays active.
She says YES to life.

Her body has navigated some significant physical challenges over the years. And through all of it, Pilates has remained a constant part of how she cares for herself.

Not because Pilates makes every challenge disappear.

But because it has helped her build and maintain the strength, mobility, control and confidence to keep doing the things she loves.

And these advanced exercises?

They didn’t happen because she’s 80 and extraordinary.

They are the result of 24 years of showing up.

To me, THAT is longevity.

Not chasing the body you had at 30.

Building and caring for the body that will keep carrying you through 60, 70, 80 and beyond.

After 24 years together, I am incredibly grateful that I still get to be part of her self-care routine.

80 years young.
24 years of Pilates.
And still saying YES. ❤️

This is why I do what I do.

📏 Pilates made me taller.
Okay…technically, Pilates helped her stand taller. But we’re claiming the inch. 😂❤️

We received this text from one of our clients:

“Good afternoon everyone, well it’s official — we were applying for life insurance and the examiner came out to draw blood and get my vitals and she said that I was 5’2” and I said, are you sure?

I grew a whole inch since I started Pilates! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

At this rate, I figure another 7 years at this I could be 5’3”.

Thank you all for your part in helping me get taller. 😘”

Pilates isn’t actually making her bones longer. 😉 But better posture, improved alignment, a stronger powerhouse and learning to create length through the body can absolutely change how you carry yourself — and how tall you stand.

And sometimes the progress we make in Pilates shows up in the most unexpected places…like a life insurance exam. 😂

So yes, we’re taking the win.

One inch taller. Stronger. More lifted. More aligned.

Keep going…5’3” is calling. 😂❤️

Two different beaches.

This week, Michelle found herself doing a Teaser on a boat in Bimini, while in Manasota Key, Christi celebrated a huge personal milestone—a Teaser on a paddle board for the first time in over four years.

These aren’t just fun photo ops—they’re a reflection of how we choose to live.

Rest isn’t a luxury—it’s part of living well.

Taking time to restore, reconnect with family, breathe deeply, and soak up the healing power of the sand, sea, and sunshine allows us to return with more energy, more clarity, and a greater capacity to serve others.

That’s exactly the heart behind our upcoming Luxury Reset Retreats.

Because sometimes, the strongest thing you can do… is pause.

We can’t wait to share these experiences with you. 💙🌴

Sometimes the best way to move your business forward… is to step away from it.

This past weekend, Michelle and Christi took their very first business retreat…Just the two of them.

They left behind the day-to-day demands, created an agenda, and intentionally made space to think, dream, plan, laugh, rest, recharge…and yes, get s**t done. ✔️

But the best investment we made all weekend? Ourselves.

One of the highlights was taking their very first duet lesson together at Romana’s Pilates International with the incredible Daria Pace. As teachers, we know the importance of always remaining students. Growth never stops.

We came home with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and so much excitement for what’s ahead.

Because we truly believe you can’t operate at your full capacity without making space to recover. It’s something we teach every day in the studio, and this weekend was our reminder to practice what we preach.

And trust us…big things are coming.

✨ A brand new website.
✨ Our very first Reset Retreat.
✨ And a very special 25th Anniversary celebration next summer we cannot wait to share more about.

Sometimes progress doesn’t come from pushing harder.

Sometimes it comes from pressing pause.

We’re back. Recharged. Inspired. And just getting started. 💙

Teaser on the Guillotine just hits different.
Good different.

A major rib injury forced him to step away from jiu-jitsu. But it also led him to Pilates.

Now? He’s back to chasing wind, riding harder, and trusting his body again.

The strength you build on the Guillotine…
shows up on the water.

And that’s pretty cool. 🌊
