WE HAVE 4 NEWLY CERTIFIED OPEN WATER DIVERS!!!!!!!

The Lewis family (John, Lacey, Levi, and Logan) have always been interested in scuba diving and after planning a month long visit to the keys, they sealed the deal so they could explore the reefs and get to know our incredible marine life.
They got to hang out with nurse sharks, goliath grouper, and tons of beautiful reef fish on their training dives with Instuctor Elliott!

WE HAVE A NEWLY CERTIFIED JR OPEN WATER DIVER!!!!!!!!

Charlie came down here with his dad & Grandpa, from Ohio where he completed his confined water dives!! He opted for warmer waters and incredible conditions to finish his certification with Instructor .a.martel We asked him why he wanted to become a scuba diver:

Charlie: “I wanted to get certified because I am comfortable in the water. Also because i am on the swim team. I also love nature.😁”

WE HAVE A NEWLY CERTIFIED OPEN WATER DIVER!!!!!!

Debby found us online through her research for a good dive shop in the Keys, not only did she find a good shop, she found a fellow farm girl! She worked with Instructor Donna to get her confined water done and since Posideon was being naughty she got to use our friends facilities at Jules' Undersea Lodge to finish up. We asked Debbie why she wanted to become a scba diver:

"I've loved animals my entire life. 4-H, FFA, all the pets, aquariums, first job in a pet store, worked at the Columbus Zoo...I would get to the zoo early & sit in the Discovery Reef until it was time for work. But, life always got in the way. Mostly my broken body & health issues. 🫤 Finally, I just decided that I needed to do it, even with everything else I have going on. For once, all that can wait. I'm not getting any younger!"
