If you’re over a certain age…
and your body isn’t responding like it used to…
It’s not because you’re lazy.
It’s not because you’re doing nothing.
It’s because you’re doing the wrong things for THIS phase of your life.
And the biggest mistake I see?
👉🏽 Too much cardio.
👉🏽 Too much HIIT.
👉🏽 And not enough strategy.
Now listen… cardio and HIIT are NOT bad.
But when you’re doing them over and over again
on top of life stress, poor recovery, and not enough fuel…
you’re putting your body in a constant stress state.
And yes—your body does respond to that.
When stress stacks up (from life + training), your body elevates stress hormones like cortisol.
That’s normal.
But when it stays elevated too often?
👉🏽 Fat loss becomes harder
👉🏽 Recovery slows down
👉🏽 Cravings go up
👉🏽 Muscle building goes down
So now you’re working HARDER…
but your body is giving you LESS.
And that’s where the frustration kicks in.

it’s about doing the right things in the right order.

👉🏽 Enough protein to support muscle and recovery
👉🏽 Smart conditioning (not just beating your body down)

once you fuel your body properly…
Everything changes.

👉🏽 Your body starts tightening up
👉🏽 Your energy goes up
👉🏽 And those late-night cravings? Way more controlled
