Hey, fitfam! I wanted to take a moment to talk about the importance of time, sacrifices, and consistency when it comes to achieving your fitness goals.

I recently did my InBody scan and got down to 13% body fat.

This is a result of years of hard work, consistency, and making tough choices when it comes to my diet.

I've been practicing a limited meats eating out less and vegetarian-based diet, and I work out at least 3 to 4 times each week.

I know that many of you may be feeling discouraged or frustrated with your progress.

You may be wondering why you're not seeing the results you want. But the truth is, real change doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, dedication, and a willingness to make sacrifices.

Don't give up, keep pushing yourself, and the results will come.
