Move of the Week: Wood Chop💪

Wood Chops are a great way to build rotational strength while challenging the core, coordination, and control. This movement trains athletes to generate power across the body - something we use every day when reaching, turning, and moving through life.

At ZOOZ, we love exercises that combine strength with functional movement, and wood chops do exactly that.

Save this one, try it out, and let us know how you like it!!🤝

Adaptive ≠ Easy

One of the biggest misconceptions about adaptive fitness is that it’s easier…

It’s not.

Our athletes train hard. They build strength, improve skills, overcome challenges, and work toward goals just like they would in any other gym.

The difference isn’t the level of effort - it’s how we meet every athlete where they’re at and pave the way for progress.

Adaptive. Inclusive. Active.
