Sweet Potato Taco Bowl 🌮🍠

Packed with bold flavors and a perfect weeknight dinner win!

📝 Ingredients :
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled & diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 ripe avocado
1 lime, juiced
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup sour cream
