"There are gyms and there are gyms, but to find one that is clean, and has the best equipment one can buy, and people that are so helpful therapeutically, and give guidance to secure the best workout my bodies needs is exceptional!

DELIBERATELY FIT is one such gym and after trying several in Taos, this is without doubt the best choice. And it compares to some other good gyms I found in California, with owners that really care that every aspect of what kind of equipment, to how their members are offered the best possibility for moving forward in health and strength.
