just home from a week-long summer mindfulness meditation retreat Naropa University 🧘🏽‍♀️beyond grateful to my teachers and sangha. 💕

I’ve spent almost 30 of the past 60 days in meditation intensives in Northern California, Carson National Forest (NM), and this past week in Boulder, CO.

and following dedicated practice, I begin to integrate this felt sense of greater spaciousness, perspective, embodiment, and love.

curious about meditation? considering a retreat? I hope you will explore. questions? just ask!

Felt joy and gratitude to read today’s NYT article about Professor Mahmood Mamdani. He expanded my world view in a single semester at Columbia in ways that continue to unfold. And that closing quote: “My intellectual ambition comes in part from my marginality. I have learned that I belong wherever I am, and I must never take the stance of an outsider.” YES. 🙏🏼

Continued to explore human development models by Kegan, Wilber, Habermas, Erikson. 🤓

Presented a point of view on next generation leadership and “deliberately developmental organizations” based on them. 💫

Visited Daphne 🫏 and baby Milagro 🐑 at New 🦬.
