It’s been a busy last couple of months at Coventry Farms and we have added a lot of new horses/owners/lessees to our barn. Welcome Boom, Nash, Halo, Ritz and Elvis to the our already awesome group of horses.

We (Coventry Farms and Big Bend Equestrian Team) are already signing up for the 2026-2027 IEA competitionyear (interscholastic Equestrian Association) . If you are a rider in grades 4-12 and would like to join our team please contact me (Alice) . You can be a rider at another barn and still ride at your barn buf join our team. We would love to have you.

Coventry Farms and Big Bend Equestrian Team congratulates Kennedy Donaldson on her outstanding third-place finish at IEA Nationals, accomplished in under a year of riding.

Our summer camp dates will be up on our website in the next couple of days. We are offering Intermediate and advanced camps as well as IEA days for team members. Unfortunately we are not offering beginner camps this year but if your child begins taking weekly lessons at a hunter jumper barn now they should be ready to be accepted. There are 2 different brochures on the website. One is for May and June and the other is for July.

Congratulations to our Middle School Big Bend Equestrian Team for placing 4th overall against 12 teams from 6 different states. I was very proud that every rider that qualified came home with a ribbon or ribbons. Kennedy Donaldson won her individual class and is now qualified to move on to Nationals in St Louis. Way to go team!

Just a few of the many Champions and blues at the RCHJA horse show this weekend in Jacksonville. 6 showed and we won Champions low Child/Adult Equitation, Champion Intermediate Equitation, Champion low child/ adult hunter, and Champion Children’s pony.

Finished strong in Kentucky with Kendall and Neverland placing 18th out of 193 riders in the USEF Pony Medal Finals.

It was a successful weekend in Tryon with kendall securing 6th place on Neverland and 10th place on Reidell oh so Hot in the USHJA $10,000 Derby
