SERVICE TECHNICIAN - POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for repairing malfunctioning fitness equipment. This is a full-time hourly position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose problems with and repair malfunctioning exercise equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Prepare and follow through with paperwork related to billing for service work.
Manage inventory levels accurately and appropriately.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of service industry experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Mechanically inclined.
Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives while taking accountability for work product.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent driving record.
Ability to safely lift, move or slide up to 100 lbs.
