After 9 amazing years, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported The Sports Yard along the way.
To every player, family, coach, team and organization that walked through our doors — thank you for trusting us, supporting us and allowing us to be part of your journey. Watching so many athletes grow, develop and move on to the next level has been one of the most rewarding parts of these past 9 years. The friendships, memories and relationships we have built mean more to us than we could ever put into words.
⚾🥎 A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS…
We are excited to welcome Tier 1 Performance, owned and operated by Jeff Belge and Dana Belge, as they take over The Sports Yard location!
Tier 1 Performance will be offering:
• Travel baseball & softball teams
• Private lessons
• Classes & clinics
• Strength & performance training
• Cage rentals
Cage rentals can be booked directly through Tier 1 Performance’s website.
We encourage all of our Sports Yard families to welcome Jeff and Dana, check out everything Tier 1 Performance has to offer, and continue supporting their travel team programs and the next chapter of this facility.
⚾ COACH DAN ISN’T GOING FAR!
Coach Dan will continue offering private baseball and softball lessons at Tier 1 Performance, and lessons can still be booked through The Sports Yard website or directly through Tier 1 Performance.
Coach Dan will also continue offering:
• Group training and training classes
• Team training — Coach Dan can travel directly to your team
• Coaches’ clinics and training
• Recruitment videos for athletes looking to take the next step in their playing careers
• Private instruction in hitting, fielding and catching
For the past 9 years, Coach Dan has dedicated so much of his time to helping other athletes develop, reach their goals and find their own path in baseball and softball. He is incredibly grateful for every player and family who trusted him to be part of that journey.
As this new chapter begins, Coach Dan is looking forward to continuing to do what he loves — training and developing athletes — while stepping away from the day-to-day responsibilities of owning and operating a facility.
Most importantly, after spending so many years helping other athletes pursue their paths, Coach Dan is looking forward to having more time to focus on his own children’s sports journeys, supporting them from the sidelines, and enjoying more time with his family. ❤️
This isn’t goodbye. It’s simply a new chapter.
