245 - 3x8. Another way to value progress outside the scope of stepping on a scale is how well weights move in the gym! This same weight used to challenge me for a top set and maybe 2-3 reps. Now it’s EZPZ!

Another movement showcasing today that was a major player in my Rehab, and I use it with many clients to help get their Lateral hip firing. Again, this requires a huge amount of balance and ankle stability and by sitting back more and not letting the knee track too far you save your knees and burn the hip and glutes out! Two major areas I see far too often people are lacking in. Save your knees, save your back- STRENGTHEN YOUR ASS!!

A lot of people have been asking me what I was doing that helped me Rehab so quickly so I figured I would post some videos of my favorite exercises I did, and still do to help with my ankles!
This first one is a sled rotation drill. It challenges the body to be able to root itself into the ground, working a lot of foot and ankle mechanics, and it also is KILLER for the core! I use it with a lot of my clients, and I recommend everyone give it a try!
