*❤️ An intro from Caitlyn:
Becoming a mom has been the greatest adventure of my life, & I’m so excited to combine my love of fitness with motherhood as part of the FIT4MOM team!
Growing up as the youngest & only girl with 3 brothers, I was always on the go. I played just about every sport—from dancing in tutus & cheerleading to track, volleyball, & soccer (my favorite). Staying active has always been a huge part of who I am.
Family has always been at the center of my life. I come from a big, close-knit family & am lucky to be surrounded by lots of nieces & nephews. Long before becoming a mom, I loved spending time with little ones, so pushing a stroller around while getting a workout in feels like a dream come true!
I’ve completed countless 5Ks & 10Ks, the Seven Mile Bridge Run in the Keys & even a Disney Princess Half Marathon while rocking a tutu! Fitness has always been something I love, but becoming a mom has given it an even deeper purpose.
One of my favorite things about FIT4MOM is that it allows moms to take time for themselves while keeping their littles by their side. There is truly nothing better than getting outside, soaking up some sunshine, getting a great workout in, & connecting with an amazing community of moms—all guilt-free.
When I’m not leading class, you’ll find me paddleboarding, boating, bike riding, or with family & friends. I love cooking healthy meals, making pasta from scratch, tackling home projects, designing kitchens, being crafty & volunteering with the Rocking Horse Foundation. Most of all, I love making memories with my husband Matt, our son Hudson & the people I love most.
I can’t wait to meet you, cheer you on & help you feel strong, confident & supported on your motherhood journey. See you in class!
