We are proud to officially welcome Coach Alex Williams to The Athletic Factory family!

Coach Alex brings an elite level of experience from playing professionally overseas to coaching at the AAU, high school, and collegiate levels. His passion for player development, leadership, and helping athletes unlock their full potential perfectly aligns with what The Athletic Factory stands for.

Most recently he served as head coach for KING hoops 13u in Under Armour Nationals, Coach Alex leads practices, develops playbooks, runs advanced skill sessions, and creates an environment built on accountability, hard work, and growth. His background also includes coaching at Success Academy Charter Schools, GRIT Girls Basketball, and Brunel University Women’s Basketball.

As a former professional player with experience across England’s top basketball programs, Coach Alex has learned from coaches and athletes from around the world — bringing global knowledge, innovative training methods, and cutting-edge player development strategies to every athlete he works with.

In addition to basketball skill development, Coach Alex specializes in vertical jump training, agility, speed development, strength conditioning, and injury prevention — helping athletes become more explosive, quicker, stronger, and game-ready at every level.

Coach Alex is obsessed with developing winning athletes and even better young men and women off the court — and we couldn’t be more excited to have him join The Athletic Factory.

The Athletic Factory is excited to announce our Underclass Prospect Development – Baseball Program, an exclusive 8-week training experience designed for serious young athletes ready to elevate their game in a structured, high-level environment.

This program is specifically designed for:
✅ Current Freshmen
✅ Sophomore Baseball Players
✅ Players who competed last season and are committed to developing at the next level

📍 PROGRAM DETAILS
🗓 Dates: June 2 – July 22
⏰ Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays | 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
📍 Location: Citrus Field, Martin County
💰 Cost: $800 for the full 8-week program

🔥 PROGRAM STRUCTURE
This high-level development program is designed to maximize instruction, repetitions, and player engagement.
• Only 18 Players Accepted
• 4 Coaches
• Small Group Rotations
• Full Use of Field, Mound & Batting Cages
Players will rotate through stations led by each coach, ensuring focused instruction and consistent movement throughout every session.

This movement is a core concept in biomechanics and shows up in sprinting, jumping, and any explosive push-off action.
