What happens when PE feels a little less like a “class” and a lot more like being a KID? 🌊☀️

You run. You dance. You move. You play. You laugh. And somewhere in the middle of all that fun… you’re building confidence, coordination, connection and a love for moving your body. 🤍

Our first week of Physical Education at the US Sailing Center gave us ALL of that — with the Indian River behind us ⛵️

This is the kind of PE we’re creating with In Joy Kids: movement they actually look forward to.

Thank you to US Sailing Center for being in partnership with us and for sharing the love of supporting the community. 

Week one in the books. And we’re just getting moving!

Physical Education hits a little different with the Indian River as your backdrop. 🌊☀️

We’re so excited to bring kids together at the US Sailing Center of Martin County for a 10-week Friday evening Physical Education series designed to get them moving, connecting, challenging themselves, and having FUN.

This isn’t about being the fastest, strongest, or most athletic kid in the group. 💙 It’s about building confidence, teamwork, strength, coordination, resilience, and friendships through movement and play.

✨ Ages 7–13
🌊 Fridays | 4:00–5:30 PM
📅 September 4 – November 6
🏃 10-week series + a celebratory 5K on November 7
💙 $100 for the full series
📍 US Sailing Center — overlooking the beautiful Indian River

We can’t think of a better way for kids to wrap up their school week than outside, by the water, moving their bodies and building each other up.
