FitPlay is excited to officially welcome our newest instructor, Michelle Maio! 🩵

Michelle is passionate about health, fitness, and helping women feel their best. She is a pelvic therapist, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and certified personal trainer dedicated to supporting women in their wellness journeys.

As a mom of two toddlers, Michelle was thrilled to discover FitPlay as a way to prioritize her own fitness while also modeling a healthy lifestyle for her children. She’s excited to help other moms find that same balance and create space for their health and wellbeing.
