Registration is now open for the IMPACT Arm Program! This program focuses on overhand throwing mechanics, specifically the biomechanics needed to improve velocity, accuracy, and command while reducing the risk of injury.

Coach Shempert is expanding the adult fitness training program available through IMPACT Strength.

This training is designed for adults of all experience levels, whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to get stronger, trying to improve your overall health, or simply wanting more structure and accountability.

Available options include:
• Small group training with 2 - 4 adults at the ABA facility
• Early morning and mid-day availability
• Individualized training within the small group setting
• Hybrid coaching - work with Coach Shempert and on your own
• Online-only program

ABA Days give our players the opportunity to showcase skills in front of college coaches, introduce themselves to programs, and experience college facilities firsthand. Players participate in a pro-style college workout, giving them measurable results they can use to track their development and continue building their recruiting profiles.
