ABA 10u Whiteside was able to participate in the Field of Dreams this past weekend. They went 1-2 but more importantly they had FUN!

ABA 10U Morris took home the gold for the A division at the Prime Games Tournament!

The boys finished 4-0, scoring 58 runs while allowing only 9 on their way to a 1st place finish.

IMPACT Strength: Summer 2026 Registration is OPEN

Summer is one of the most important times for athlete development, and our IMPACT Strength Program is built to help players make real progress.

Led by Eric Shempert (CSCS), this program focuses on:
✔️ Proper lifting technique
✔️ Strength & power development
✔️ Speed & movement training
✔️ Mobility & injury prevention
✔️ Weekly nutrition education

📍 PROGRAM DETAILS:

🗓 June 1 - July 30 (9 weeks)
🏋️ Monday - Wednesday
💲 $405 (3x/week - 27 training hours)
💲 $270 (AFA Tues/Thurs - 18 training hours)
