In this program your player can expect to learn:
Fundamental movement patterns
Foundational strength
Body control and coordination
Sprint speed and technique
Rotational power
Confidence in training environment
Fun and positive training experiences
Weekly nutrition education

What you'll do:
✅ Welcome athletes and families
✅ Check clients in and out of lessons
✅ Process payments
✅ Help schedule lessons and appointments
✅ Answer phones and assist with customer questions
✅ Keep our facility clean, organized, and welcoming
✅ Support our coaches and staff with daily operations
