One of the things I love most about this game is the relationships.
The best coaches understand that it’s bigger than wins and losses. They celebrate each other’s successes, support one another through the tough moments, and work together to help every athlete grow. Competition may exist on the field, but off the field there’s a mutual respect that’s hard to find anywhere else.
Seeing these Advanced Fastpitch Academy coaches come together at the Heartland World Series is a perfect example of what makes this community so special. Different teams. Different roles. One softball family with the same goal: helping young women become the best athletes and even better people.
This is what leadership looks like. This is what AFA is all about. 🥎❤️
