What made you join F45?
At a certain point in life, you realize you need to make healthier choices and prioritize yourself more — and fitness became one of those choices for me. My friend helped with a little push to get started once we heard about this place.
How has F45 helped you reach your fitness goals?
It’s helped me build strength, stay consistent, and push myself past limits I never thought I was capable of reaching.
What’s your favorite part of the F45 workout?
I love the variety of the workouts especially resistance training. Also the connections and friendships I’ve made along the way.
What motivates you to work so hard during the workout?
Honestly, it’s the competitiveness within myself and the motivation and encouragement from coaches and friends around me.
Hobbies:
Pickleball, bingo, girls’ dinners, going to sport events and being a full-time soccer mom.
Best piece of advice to other members?
Eat well, sleep more, and be patient. Don’t focus so much on a finish line — there really isn’t one. Find movement and routines you genuinely enjoy and make them part of your lifestyle. At the end of the day, it’s You vs. You.
