LiftBridge CrossFit A fitness facility that offers hands on coaching to improve your ability to do the fundamental thing

CrossFit by definition is an empirically driven, clinically tested, community developed strength and conditioning system that is built on constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at a high intensity. Our goal is to increase work capacity over broad time and modal domains. We train for efficiency and optimal performance in each of ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovas

cular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Additionally Crossfit maximizes neuroendocrine response, develops power, and cross-trains in multiple modalities. By combining these things our program elicits an elite fitness that we like to call Crossfit!

1.) what’s your favorite hype song?
Ooo I have 3- all very different BUT me pumpeddd

• body- by loud luxury, brando &

• If only I - loud luxury, two friends, bebe rexha

• Turn down for what- dj snake & lil Jon

2.) least favorite movement, and favorite moments? (be honest!)

• Least: echo bike, heavy sled push, all out max sprint on anything

• Favorite: burpees, wall walks, squat cleans, double unders, toes to bar, deadlifts anything that’s a long grind I am here for

3.) what’s your most “coach core” trait? (What are you known for all the time, can be funny)

• I like to improvise - when I don’t have the object I need to demonstrate next to me I figure it out on the fly (noon class will get this it)

4.) what’s one thing you love with outside of the gym?

• Spending time with the hubs & kids. Getting together with all of our friends. Baking cookies with Jack & snuggling Hopey.

5.) what’s your favorite thing about being a coach?

• Watching our members overcome their fear and discover their strength mentally, physically, & emotionally. CrossFit doesn’t just change their health, it changes their lives. It’s an honor getting to watchwatching how CrossFit as their lives change in ways that reach far beyond fitness and carry into everything they do outside our walls.

• Bad Bad Bad - Young Thug

2.) least favorite movement, and favorite moments?
• Least favorites: sandbag cleans and squat sn**ch,
• favorites: double unders and muscle up

3.) what’s your most “coach core” trait?
• I love hugging members

4.) what’s one thing you love with outside of the gym?
• reading in my robe

5.) what’s your favorite thing about being a coach?
• My favorite thing about being a coach is the sense of purpose and service I get from every class.

6.) what’s your most controversial food opinion?
• my most controversial food opinion is KFC coleslaw and Mac & cheese is meant to be eaten together as in the same bite.
