Carozza Fitness Our mission is to fully educate our clients about exercise, nutrition, and most of all maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Carozza Fitness is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements. We are located at 316 Courtland Ave Stamford, Ct in a 10,000 square foot private training facility including showers, towel service, and bottled water. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for al

l levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Kettlebells, Gymnastics, Strongman and Interval Training. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. At Carozza Fitness we train hard; Everyday our clients break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our approach is fun, effective and most of all safe! We are a “No Excuses, Just Results” gym promising to give you everything you want in a training program including the most experienced and educated trainers around.

**In 201, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 Carozza Fitness was voted “best” training facility and “best” trainers in Fairfield County as well as featured on the Today show, CT Style and WTNH Ch 8.
