Founded in 2013, TruFusion is a one-of-a-kind group fitness studio that offers up to 240 unique fusion workout classes per week including Hot Pilates, Tru Kettlebell, Battle Ropes Express, Barefoot Bootcamp, Yinfused, and more. Placing an emphasis on inspiring a community setting in the studio, the popular Las Vegas-based franchise has developed a loyal fan base of locals that coin themselves members of the TruTribe. Today, we remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who answered the call, and the families forever changed.

We are deeply grateful for those who have sacrificed to protect our freedom and our ability to live in a country where all people are welcome. May we continue to put our differences aside, show up for one another, and lead with kindness, not only today, but every day.

🚨 BINGO is back 🚨

From September 15–October 15, mix up your routine, try something new, and earn entries into our prize drawing with TRU BINGO!

Here’s how to play:

⭐️ Pick up one Bingo card at your home studio and add your first and last name. Once your name is on it, return your card to the front desk, and our team will hang it up for you alphabetically by last name.
⭐️ Complete the square, get a star from the desk and mark it off.
⭐️ One class may only count toward one class square, but you can complete multiple in one day!
⭐️ Each completed Bingo earns one entry into the prize drawing.
⭐️ Complete the entire card and receive 10 entries!

Taking a class at our other studio? It still counts! Simply add your star the next time you visit your home studio.

For the selfie square, tag us so we can cheer you on! Please take photos before or after class and be mindful not to include anyone without their permission.

SO…WHAT IS TRU LAGREE?

Tru Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that brings the shake without putting unnecessary stress on your joints. The magic is in the slow, controlled movements—no momentum, no rushing and definitely no hiding! With constant muscle engagement and serious time under tension, every move works harder to build strength, endurance, stability and a strong core.

Every 45-minute class is full-body and designed for all levels. We’ll offer modifications and progressions along the way, so whether it’s your first class or you’re officially obsessed with the shake, there’s a place for you on the Mini Pro!

THE FINE PRINT

We have a strict no-late policy, so you must be in the room by the scheduled class time—no exceptions! Sticky socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.

Due to the limited spaces available (only 13 in class!!) Tru Lagree is an add-on for both members and non-members and requires a separate class pack or drop-in purchase.

Turn up the music and get ready to shake! Barre Strength combines foundational barre technique with strength-focused training—all set to the beat.

Using Barre Beams and an instructor-selected mix of resistance bands, dumbbells, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, and yoga blocks, you’ll layer on resistance, build stability, and burn out every major muscle group. This unheated, low-impact class is designed to strengthen and define your entire body—with even more power than our heated Barre class!

We are SO excited to kick off our **Community Lagree Classes tomorrow!**

A few things to keep in mind as we all dive into (and onto) Lagree and our Mini Pros:

✨ Give our instructors (and each other!) some grace. These community classes are a BIG part of their training and give them valuable time on the mic as they learn and grow with the method.

⏰ **There is a strict no-late policy.** You must be in the room and ready to go at the class start time listed on the schedule. This allows time for new friends to get a quick rundown, instructors to demo moves when needed, and everyone to feel comfortable before we get moving.

👟 Shoes stay outside the Lagree room.

🧦 Grippy socks are required. Bring your own or grab a pair at the studio!

Most importantly, we cannot wait to share this new modality with you! We are so excited to see our community showing up, trying something new, and supporting our instructors as they tackle this new method.
