August 15 at Center STL we’re running 3 hours of real coaching for baseball & softball players 8–14: the 3 swing checkpoints we teach every hitter, footwork-first fielding, and small-group reps with real feedback — every station run by coaches with college & pro experience.

$89 per player — $75 for Southside Prospects & M4P athletes. Small groups are the whole point, so spots are limited.

Bat speed isn’t built on the bench — it’s built in rotation.

The swing is a rotational movement: ground → hips → torso → barrel. If your player only trains up and down — squats, bench, curls — they’re leaving real bat speed on the table.

Band work, med balls, rotational power. That’s the engine. It’s why every M4P strength session trains rotation on purpose, not by accident.

FIRST WIN IN FRANCHISE HISTORY.

24 hours after a 9-1 loss opened the home audition at CarShield Field, the St. Louis Gateway Gold answered.

A five-run second inning. Whitney Shepherd — tagged with Wednesday’s loss — coming out of the bullpen and slamming the door. And in the bottom of the 8th, Taylor Cruse lining a walk-off double into the left-center gap. Gateway Gold 6, KC Diamonds 5.
