Memorial Day reminds us that holding the standard, setting high expectations, practicing discipline, practicing transparency, and always learning and growing is the best way we can say thank you and honor their sacrifice!

Today, be thankful and grateful for the ultimate and final sacrifice many have made by having high standards, meeting high expectations, and doing everything you can to just be a little bit better today for tomorrow.

We know we’re a little late… blame daylight savings. 😅⏰
But we couldn’t let the day pass without celebrating International Women’s Day.

At PAO, we’re surrounded every day by strong, driven, competitive, and supportive women — from our athletes grinding in the gym, to the moms in the stands, to the coaches and mentors who help shape the next generation.

Volleyball is more than a sport. It’s confidence, leadership, teamwork, and a place where young women learn just how powerful they really are.

Today (and every day) we celebrate the girls who show up, work hard, lift each other up, and prove that the future of sports is strong.
