Stop That. Treat your body better! Treat yourself better!

As someone who lost over 140 lb and has kept it off for 15 years I'll be the first one to tell you that it's definitely not easy to do that. And what's even harder is keeping those habits in place for a long time.

But it's time for people to wake up. Stop treating yourself like trash and be the person that you can be proud of. I bet that person doesn't have a big belly and chronic pain!
